By using the SourMC Store, buying SourCoins, or redeeming any in-game perk, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

SourMC is an independent Minecraft server network and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Accessing the store or completing a purchase means you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Permission
  • You must be 18+ or have verifiable permission from a parent/guardian to purchase.
  • You confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method or have their consent.
3. Account & Accuracy
  • Provide the correct Minecraft username and any requested info at checkout.
  • Deliveries made to a wrong username you supplied are your responsibility.
4. Digital Goods License

All products are digital. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual currency (SourCoins) and perks on the SourMC network. You do not own the items; they have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or used outside SourMC.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and can change at any time.
  • Payments are processed by our provider (e.g., Tebex). Their terms also apply.
  • Taxes/VAT and currency conversion fees may apply based on your location/payment method.
  • We may correct pricing or content errors and cancel or adjust affected orders with a refund if required by law.
6. Delivery

Delivery is automatic after successful payment via Tebex. Most orders deliver instantly; some may take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received your items within 24 hours, contact support with your Order ID.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
  • By purchasing, you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose any statutory withdrawal/cooling-off rights once delivery begins.
  • No refunds for: change of mind, failure to use items, incorrect username you provided, server changes, resets, or closure.
  • Duplicate accidental purchases may be reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion.

UK/EU notice: For digital content supplied immediately, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the 14-day cancellation right once delivery starts.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks are prohibited. Talk to us first.
  • We may revoke items, remove SourCoins, suspend/ban accounts network-wide, and share fraud data with payment providers and relevant platforms.
  • We may require verification, delay or cancel suspicious transactions, and report suspected fraud.
9. Rules, Enforcement & Bans
  • All players must follow the SourMC Rules. Purchases do not grant immunity.
  • If you are muted, punished, or banned for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund or compensation.
  • We may remove, limit, or change perks on punished accounts.
10. Changes, Resets & Availability
  • We may rebalance, adjust, or remove perks and items at any time for gameplay or technical reasons.
  • Game modes may reset seasonally; data wipes can occur. No compensation for lost progress or perceived value changes.
  • Uptime is not guaranteed. Outages, bugs, or data loss may happen.
11. SourCoins
  • SourCoins are a virtual currency usable only on SourMC.
  • They cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred between accounts unless we explicitly enable a transfer feature.
  • Bonus amounts, bundles, and promotions can change or end at any time.
  • We may remove SourCoins obtained via abuse, chargeback, or policy violations.

Current bundles are advertised on the store and may change without notice.

12. Gifting, Resale & Unauthorized Markets
  • Only purchase through the official store. Third-party resales, “middlemen,” or key markets are not allowed.
  • We may void items or balances acquired outside the official store.
13. Intellectual Property & Third Parties
  • Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft. SourMC is not affiliated with them.
  • Third-party plugins and providers remain the property of their owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourMC and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in the last six months.
  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
15. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. Payment information is processed by our provider and not stored by us beyond what’s necessary for order fulfillment and fraud prevention.

16. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store or server after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless local law requires otherwise. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
